About the Role:

Develop and implement multicultural communication strategies to effectively reach and engage diverse audiences.
Create compelling and culturally relevant content for various communication channels, ensuring messages resonate with multicultural communities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communication materials are inclusive and representative of diverse perspectives.
Lead initiatives to enhance cross-cultural understanding and awareness within the company.
Stay abreast of multicultural communication trends and best practices to continuously improve messaging and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multicultural communication strategies.
Proficiency in a second language, ideally reflecting one of the diverse communities we serve.
Strong cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through effective communication.
