Narok Cultural Center is a hub for promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Narok. We are committed to fostering community participation, conservation, and education through various cultural initiatives, events, and programs.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate individual to spearhead community engagement activities, build partnerships, and develop outreach programs to further the mission of Narok Cultural Center. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of community dynamics, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at forging strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to create impactful partnerships.
Organize and lead community events and cultural programs.
Facilitate outreach programs and workshops to promote cultural awareness.
Conduct regular assessments to measure the impact of community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in community engagement or relevant fields.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Passionate about preserving and celebrating cultural heritage.
