Position Title: Community Relations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering connections and partnerships with local organizations, public entities, and community leaders. You will oversee initiatives that further our commitment to social impact and community development.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead community outreach efforts and establish collaborative relationships with local government agencies, nonprofits, and community groups.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the bank’s visibility and engagement within the community.
Identify opportunities for philanthropic involvement and develop programs aligning with the bank’s mission and values.
Act as a liaison between the bank and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and partnership alignment.
Monitor and report on regional community trends, needs, and opportunities to drive impactful decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in community relations, public affairs, or nonprofit management.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A passion for social responsibility and community engagement.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
