Join our team in Maryland as we seek a passionate and results-driven individual to spearhead talent acquisition efforts. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong networks to identify and source candidates.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process.
- Establish and maintain key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition or recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster strong partnerships and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using HRIS and ATS systems.
