Join our team in Maryland as we seek a passionate and results-driven individual to spearhead talent acquisition efforts. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiations.
Develop and maintain strong networks to identify and source candidates.
Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process.
Establish and maintain key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience leading talent acquisition or recruitment teams.
Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster strong partnerships and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience using HRIS and ATS systems.
