We are Hiring: Director of Talent Acquisition

Join our team in Maryland as we seek a passionate and results-driven individual to spearhead talent acquisition efforts. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks to identify and source candidates.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process.
  • Establish and maintain key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading talent acquisition or recruitment teams.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS systems.
