Nossen Castle is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Innovation and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saxony, Germany. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to contribute to our innovative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs, crafting job descriptions that encapsulate position requirements and company culture.
Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms to source, screen, and engage potential candidates.
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline for present and future hiring needs.
Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition and retention.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize our talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and attract top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment and HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
Fluency in English and German is required.
