- Oversee the planning and execution of new facility construction and expansion projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote real estate growth initiatives
- Manage the negotiation and acquisition of real estate properties
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of driven professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
