Responsibilities:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the local arts and culture community
Devise and implement innovative business development strategies
Oversee the planning and execution of new facility construction and expansion projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote real estate growth initiatives
Manage the negotiation and acquisition of real estate properties
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of driven professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
Proven track record of successful business development and real estate project management
Experience in fostering strategic partnerships and driving business growth initiatives
Strong knowledge of construction and real estate industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
