Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging training programs that cater to the professional development needs of our employees
Identify and assess training needs to create initiatives that align with career paths and business goals
Collaborate with department heads to support ongoing learning and development initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
