Position: Culinary Arts Instructor

Location: Austurland Community Culinary School, Eastern Region, Iceland

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive culinary arts instruction to students, covering a wide range of culinary techniques, theories, and practical applications.
Foster a dynamic learning environment, encouraging creativity and innovation in culinary pursuits.
Develop and implement hands-on activities, projects, and assessments to enhance students' understanding and skills in the culinary arts.
Participate in curriculum development and contribute to a supportive, collaborative teaching team.
Provide mentorship and guidance, inspiring students to excel in the culinary arts profession.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience, with a strong foundation in diverse culinary styles and techniques.
Proven instructional abilities, with experience in teaching or training individuals in culinary arts.
Passion for sharing knowledge, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Adept at working collaboratively within a team and with various community stakeholders.
