Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, universities, and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance employer branding and expand our reach across diverse talent pools.
Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a healthcare or similar setting.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media for sourcing and engaging top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong professional relationships.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certification in HR or recruitment-related fields is a plus.
