Your Role:

Designing and implementing sustainable human capital development strategies
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure recruitment and retention of top talents
Developing inclusive talent management programs
Creating and managing social responsibility initiatives related to human capital development

Your Profile:

A deep commitment to sustainable human capital development
Proven experience in talent acquisition and management
Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing social responsibility programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different cultural and organizational contexts
Fluency in English and Swedish
