Your Role:

Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with organizational objectives
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and partnership within the community
Evaluate and manage government and non-profit relationships
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects
Drive sustainable development initiatives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in strategic planning and development
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government and non-profit organizations
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish
