We are seeking an individual with a passion for culinary exploration and cultural exchange to join our team at Sardinian Cultural Exchange Foundation. As a Culinary Experience Curator, you will be responsible for crafting unique dining experiences that showcase the rich gastronomic traditions of Sardinia. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and curate authentic Sardinian culinary experiences for visitors and guests
- Collaborate with local chefs and artisans to highlight traditional flavors and dishes
- Plan and execute food and wine events that celebrate Sardinian culture
- Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction through attention to detail
- Provide insights into Sardinian gastronomy through tastings and educational sessions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or culinary industry
- Passion for Sardinian culture and cuisine
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Italian is a plus
