We're Hiring

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Program Development Manager to join our team. As the Program Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative strategies to advance the reach and impact of Sicilian traditional dance forms throughout Sicily and beyond.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote the cultural significance of traditional Sicilian dance
Create and manage partnerships with local, national, and international organizations to support the school's mission
Design and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support for ongoing and new initiatives
Develop and oversee marketing and communication efforts to increase awareness and participation in our programs
Collaborate with the artistic team to integrate new elements and approaches into traditional dance performances and educational programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Cultural Management, or related field
Proven experience in program development, preferably in a cultural or performing arts organization
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of securing partnerships and sponsorships
Excellent project management abilities and a capacity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Passion for preserving cultural heritage and a deep understanding of traditional dance forms
