Position Overview

The Associate Director of Community Partnerships and Engagement will lead the strategic development and management of partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and non-profit entities. In this role, you will work to create mutual relationships, leveraging resources and expertise to address community needs and foster sustainable change. By championing engagement programs, you will play a substantial role in building and enhancing our network, ensuring our university catalyzes positive growth both internally and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement outreach strategies to cultivate partnerships and collaborations
Identify opportunities for community engagement and establish innovative programs
Oversee the execution of initiatives that align with the university's mission and the community's needs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess impact and optimize outreach efforts
Lead a team in fostering a culture that prioritizes community service and sustainable change
Represent the university at various community events, forums, and collaborative initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in community engagement, partnership development, or related areas
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strategic and innovative thinking with a focus on creating meaningful impact
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex community landscapes
Demonstrated track record of fostering growth, sustainability, and positive change within a community-focused role
