We are currently looking for a Research Development Manager to drive initiatives aimed at fostering technological innovation and developing collaborative research projects with industry partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of academia and industry, leveraging your expertise to create impactful research programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and industry stakeholders to secure funding for research projects.
Identify opportunities for collaborative research initiatives and facilitate the development of interdisciplinary projects.
Provide leadership and guidance to research teams, ensuring the successful execution of funded projects.
Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to align research activities with national and international priorities.
Oversee the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and events aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or technology management).
Demonstrated experience in research development, grant management, or project leadership within a governmental, non-profit, or academic setting.
Proven track record of successful engagement with external stakeholders and securing funding for research initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive innovation and align research activities with societal needs and industry demands.
