Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to design effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals
Develop and implement programs aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
Support recruitment efforts by engaging with potential candidates and providing a positive candidate experience
Facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower employees to reach their full potential
Partner with management to identify and address areas for employee growth and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or organizational development
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
