Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization maintains an inclusive environment while developing strategies to attract diverse talents and enhance our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that align with our organization's values and goals.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure inclusive practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
Conduct diversity training and workshops to promote awareness and understanding among our staff.
Partner with external organizations and communities to support diversity outreach initiatives.
Regularly assess and analyze the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs.
Strong understanding of multicultural dynamics and challenges within the workplace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Ability to create and deliver impactful training and educational materials.
Fluency in French and English is preferred.
