Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce
Provide guidance and support to management on diversity and inclusion best practices
Collaborate with departments to ensure fair and inclusive talent acquisition processes
Organize and lead diversity training and workshops for employees
Champion diversity initiatives and cultural awareness programs

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Understanding of multicultural dynamics and awareness of global perspectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving positive change
