Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with beverage suppliers and distributors
- Curate a diverse and compelling selection of beverages for our clientele
- Implement effective inventory management and control practices
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding our beverage offerings
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create beverage pairings that elevate the overall dining experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in beverage management or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of beverage types, origins, and production methods
