Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, from job profiling to offer negotiation.
Participating in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven track record in utilizing creative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
