Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our brand and opportunities
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
