Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee sustainable development projects in collaboration with public and private stakeholders
Identify opportunities for sustainable practices and environmental initiatives within the community
Evaluate and implement strategies to integrate environmental stewardship into engineering projects
Advocate for responsible and sustainable engineering practices among our members and the wider community
Engage in policy development and advocacy for environmentally friendly engineering practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project coordination and management
Thorough understanding of sustainable development principles and environmental regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners
Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change
