Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee sustainable initiatives within our hospitality operations
- Advocate for eco-friendly practices and resource conservation
- Collaborate with local suppliers to promote sustainability and ethically sourced products
- Educate and train staff on sustainable practices and environmental responsibility
- Develop and maintain partnerships with environmental organizations and community initiatives
- Conduct regular evaluations of our practices to ensure ongoing improvement and adherence to sustainability goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainable practices within the hospitality or related industry
- Passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others towards sustainable initiatives
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and best practices
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
