Position: Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Manager. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and develop our initiatives aimed at fostering community partnerships, enhancing public relations, and driving our mission forward. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships and a desire to make a meaningful impact in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to engage with local communities, businesses, and government organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate our mission and initiatives effectively
Organize events, workshops, and programs to facilitate community involvement
Manage outreach campaigns to raise awareness of our projects and services
Oversee the development and maintenance of positive relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, public relations, or nonprofit sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Passion for driving positive change and contributing to community development
