Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager - Empowering Communities to join our team. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in championing and implementing initiatives that foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives and promotes a culture of inclusion.
Collaborate with company leaders, HR, and various departments to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps and opportunities.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance cultural competence and awareness among employees, helping them navigate diverse environments with sensitivity and respect.
Lead employee resource groups and affinity networks, fostering a sense of belonging and providing platforms for diverse experiences and perspectives to be shared.
Drive partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, community groups, and educational institutions to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Develop metrics and tools to track the success of diversity and inclusion efforts, providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, incorporating them into our programs and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion, HR, Organizational Development) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience managing diversity and inclusion programs in a corporate, government, or nonprofit setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience designing and facilitating training programs on topics related to diversity and inclusion.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an understanding of the business case for fostering an inclusive work environment.
