Join our team at Credit Acceptance, a company committed to making a positive impact on society and the environment. We are currently seeking a Sustainable Hospitality Specialist to contribute to our social responsibility initiatives and promote sustainable practices within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable strategies for hotels and restaurants, focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility.
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify and implement best practices in sustainable hospitality.
- Educate and train hotel and restaurant staff on sustainable practices, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, promoting environmental awareness and supporting local charities.
Requirements:
- Passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to social responsibility.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or sustainability role.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and certifications in the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire others.
- Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of sustainability initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel and work with diverse stakeholders.
