We are currently seeking a Sustainable Hospitality Specialist to contribute to our social responsibility initiatives and promote sustainable practices within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable strategies for hotels and restaurants, focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility.
Collaborate with industry partners to identify and implement best practices in sustainable hospitality.
Educate and train hotel and restaurant staff on sustainable practices, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs, promoting environmental awareness and supporting local charities.

Requirements:

Passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to social responsibility.
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or sustainability role.
Knowledge of sustainable practices and certifications in the hospitality sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire others.
Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of sustainability initiatives.
Flexibility to travel and work with diverse stakeholders.
