We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity to join our team at Eriksberg Hotel & Nature Reserve, located in the beautiful Blekinge län of Sweden. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Nature Conservation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain sustainable land management practices to ensure the preservation and enhancement of the natural environment.
Collaborate with local conservation organizations to develop and execute wildlife conservation plans.
Supervise and guide eco-tourism initiatives, providing educational experiences for visitors.
Conduct research on local flora and fauna, contributing to the overall understanding of the regional ecosystem.
Participate in the planning and execution of organic farming practices and assist with agricultural endeavors on the reserve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related field.
Proven experience in nature conservation, wildlife management, or sustainable agriculture.
Passion for preserving natural habitats and promoting biodiversity.
Strong communication skills to engage with visitors and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
