Position: Agricultural Development Specialist

Location: Viken, Norway

Are you passionate about sustainable agricultural practices and rural development? Do you have a strong background in fostering growth within rural communities and promoting sustainable agriculture? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and implementing agricultural development programs
Collaborating with local farmers and rural communities to enhance agricultural practices
Researching and implementing innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture
Advocating for and promoting environmentally responsible agricultural practices
Working closely with governmental and non-governmental organizations to support rural development initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural development and rural community engagement
Strong understanding of environmental sustainability in agricultural practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment
