Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement specialized training programs tailored to individual athletes' needs
Utilize advanced performance analytics to track, assess, and optimize athlete progress
Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports science and performance enhancement
Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate performance enhancement strategies into overall training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, CSCCa, NASM)
Demonstrated experience in performance enhancement within athletics
Strong understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
