We are seeking individuals to join our elite protection team at Famous Footwear in Nevada. As a Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our staff, customers, and assets. You will utilize your keen instincts, quick thinking, and exceptional situational awareness to maintain a secure environment. We are looking for dedicated professionals who understand the importance of vigilance and the value of protecting those around them.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a visible presence and deter unauthorized activity
Respond to various types of emergencies and incidents with a calm and composed demeanor
Conduct thorough investigations and provide detailed reports on security-related matters
Collaborate with law enforcement and other authorities when necessary
Contribute to the development and implementation of security protocols
Provide exceptional customer service while prioritizing safety and security

Requirements:

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and respond effectively to high-pressure situations
Understanding of security protocols and best practices
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
