Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Nakuru, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Implement effective strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and enhance service quality

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, retail management, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
