Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Nakuru, Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Implement effective strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and enhance service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, retail management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
