Join Our Team: Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Irish Cancer Society, based in the vibrant city of Dublin, Ireland. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing the end-to-end supply chain operations to support our mission of eradicating cancer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and transportation staff
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a supply chain manager
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and best practices
