We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Adventure Experience Curator at Austurland Community Craft Workshop.

Your Role:

Design and curate outdoor experience packages that cater to a diverse range of adventurers, leveraging the unique resources available in the Eastern Region.
Collaborate with local artisans to incorporate traditional craft elements into our adventure experiences, adding a touch of artistry to outdoor excursions.
Create and promote events that celebrate the cultural and natural heritage of the region, delivering unforgettable moments to our visitors.
Champion safety and environmental sustainability, ensuring that our activities maintain the highest standards of responsible outdoor engagement.
Foster a collaborative network with local sports and adventure organizations, creating synergistic opportunities for our workshop and the wider community.

Your Profile:

A passion for the outdoors, with a deep appreciation for sports and leisure activities.
Demonstrated experience in creating and organizing events or experiences, preferably in outdoor adventure settings.
An innovative mindset, always seeking to push boundaries and transform ordinary activities into extraordinary adventures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people, including artisans, adventurers, and community stakeholders.
A commitment to sustainability and promoting responsible outdoor practices.
