Artistic Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in nurturing the talents and artistic capabilities of our orchestra members
Create innovative programs and initiatives to foster artistic development and musical growth
Collaborate with conductors and musicians to cultivate a dynamic and inspiring artistic environment
Oversee the design and execution of workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions
Contribute to the development of personalized artistic improvement plans for our dedicated members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Music, Performing Arts, or related field
Demonstrated experience in artistic coaching or mentorship
Strong understanding of musical theory and performance techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
