Position Overview:
- Lead and manage the wine quality analysis process, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify factors affecting wine quality and recommend improvement strategies
- Work closely with the production team to implement effective quality control measures
- Utilize advanced laboratory techniques to evaluate wine composition and sensory properties
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing wine quality and consistency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in analytical research and quality control within the wine industry
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
