Responsibilities:

Develop and execute dynamic health and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate best practices in the field
Establish and maintain effective partnerships within the community to expand our reach and impact
Evaluate program effectiveness and constantly seek to improve the overall experience
Contribute to a positive, energizing, and collaborative team environment
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Nutrition)
Proven experience in developing and implementing health and wellness programs
Passion for promoting holistic well-being and leading a healthy lifestyle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in both English and German
