Cultivation and Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Ljungskile Folkhögskola located in the heart of Västra Götalands län, Sweden. As a Cultivation and Community Outreach Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering agricultural innovation and engaging with diverse communities to promote sustainable rural development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement agricultural initiatives aimed at sustainable cultivation practices
Foster partnerships with local farmers and communities to enhance agricultural knowledge sharing
Lead community outreach programs promoting environmental stewardship and rural prosperity
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment within the institution, celebrating and embracing multicultural perspectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental studies, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in sustainable farming practices or community engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on cross-cultural understanding
Passion for cultivating a multicultural and inclusive agricultural environment
