Your Role:

Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients within the retail industry.
Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure tailor-made solutions for our retail clients.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote our cutting-edge retail solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within the retail or related industries.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Fluency in German and English.
