Role Overview:

Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and implement strategies for rural community advancement
Research and analyze trends in rural development to inform policy decisions
Develop and maintain relationships with local agricultural businesses, promoting sustainable practices and growth
Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing rural infrastructure and economic development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated experience in project management and community engagement
Proven knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and rural development models
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically
