Role Overview:

As a Creative Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices within our chocolate production processes. You will work closely with our production team to identify energy-efficient solutions, reduce environmental impact, and ensure our operations align with our commitment to a greener future.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Researching and recommending energy-efficient technologies and processes
Collaborating with the production team to integrate sustainable practices into our chocolate making
Monitoring and assessing the environmental impact of our operations
Developing and overseeing recycling and waste management programs
Educating and training staff on sustainable practices
Contributing to the development of a long-term sustainability strategy

Qualifications and Skills:

A background in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
Experience in sustainable practices, ideally within the food or beverage industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
