Sullivan Construction is seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Field Adventure Project Manager to join our dynamic team in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and execution of outdoor adventure construction projects
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
Ensure project timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
Manage project teams, contractors, and suppliers
Identify and mitigate project risks
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in project management with a focus on outdoor recreational facilities or similar environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and environments
Knowledge of outdoor adventure sports and recreational activities
Flexibility to travel for project-related tasks
