Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join our legal team, ensuring that our operations consistently adhere to legal requirements and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry
Collaborate with different departments to assess and address compliance risks
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance issues
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters
Stay informed about changes in legislation and ensure proactive adaptation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Hospitality Management, or related field
Proven experience in compliance, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus
