Job Description

As our new Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives for our academy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships. Your role will involve conducting market research, devising business strategies, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders in the film and education industries.

Responsibilities

Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships in the film education sector
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand our reach
Nurture and manage relationships with key industry players, including filmmakers, educators, and related businesses
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with creative and educational initiatives
Meet and exceed set targets for revenue growth and market penetration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the education or film industry
Strong understanding of franchise and chain operations, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy
Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
