Job Description:

As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of alcohol. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and enforce our legal compliance policies, conducting regular audits, and providing training to staff. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring and interpreting changes in the legal environment, thus ensuring our business practices remain aligned with all current legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs in line with legal requirements
Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on compliance issues
Conducting thorough audits of internal processes and procedures
Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping practices to meet legal standards
Staying updated on new laws and regulations and advising on necessary changes
Collaborating with external legal counsel on complex compliance matters

Requirements:

A degree in Law, Business Law, or related field
Proven experience in a regulatory compliance or similar role
Excellent understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to stakeholders
Fluency in Swedish and English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High ethical standards and integrity
