We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join the Bünting Unternehmensgruppe as a Nature Stewardship Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our environmental sustainability initiatives, land management, and biodiversity conservation efforts. Working closely with our agricultural and rural development teams, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable practices and ensuring the preservation of natural resources within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance ecological diversity and resilience across our agricultural properties.
Collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to foster environmental conservation and sustainable land use.
Leading the design and execution of habitat restoration and enhancement projects.
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of our agricultural activities on natural ecosystems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in environmental management, conservation planning, and sustainable agriculture.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent understanding of biodiversity, ecosystem services, and landscape ecology.
Proven track record in establishing and maintaining partnerships with environmental organizations and governmental agencies.
Passion for environmental stewardship and a dedication to promoting responsible land management practices.
