Position: Production Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversee the efficient production processes that contribute to the development and delivery of our healthcare products.
Coach and lead a team of dedicated individuals to ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality standards.
Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative methodologies to optimize production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive approach to production that aligns with our company's overall vision.
Implement best practices to enhance safety standards and minimize waste within the production environment.
Continually monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive informed decisions.
Provide support in hiring, training, and evaluating production personnel to build a strong and capable team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or related industry.
