We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Jordbruksverket, Gotland. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing our operations and activities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough reviews of existing policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Developing and implementing proactive strategies to manage legal and regulatory risks
Collaborating with internal departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters
Staying informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and advising management on required actions
Assisting in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees
Participating in internal and external audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the agriculture or environmental sector
Strong understanding of legal principles and frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities
