Position: Advanced Performance Materials Engineer

As an Advanced Performance Materials Engineer at Lantal Textiles AG, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing high-performance materials tailored for the active lifestyle industry. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions that enhance the performance, comfort, and style of sports and fitness-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop advanced textile materials for sports and fitness applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into material design
Conduct performance testing and analysis to ensure materials meet industry-leading standards
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous innovation
Contribute to the development of sustainable and eco-friendly material solutions
Participate in prototype development and product optimization processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in the research and development of performance materials for sports or fitness
Demonstrated expertise in materials characterization, testing, and analysis
Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and technologies
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project priorities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English; German language skills would be a plus
