Position: Animal Wellbeing Product Development Specialist

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Role Overview:

Drive concept development and ideation for innovative animal wellbeing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
Champion consumer insights pertaining to pet products, ensuring that all offerings speak to the evolving needs of pet owners and their beloved companions.
Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and incorporate insights into product strategy.
Lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive market research to identify emerging opportunities within the pet product landscape.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Expertise in product development within the consumer goods sector, with a focus on pet products being a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration among multifaceted teams.
