Position: Advanced Technical Solutions Engineer

Location: Zug, Switzerland

Role Overview:

Design and implement advanced technical solutions to optimize operational processes and enhance productivity
Analyze and assess manufacturing systems and provide expert recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technological advancements effectively into manufacturing practices
Contribute to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current manufacturing procedures and suggest innovative and efficient technical solutions
Lead the implementation and integration of new technologies into existing manufacturing processes
Provide technical expertise to support the continuous improvement of manufacturing systems
Participate in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to identify and adopt emerging technologies in the manufacturing industry

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Proven experience in a technical engineering role within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, automation, and technology integration
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as IoT, AI, and robotics
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
